Okay, I forgot. I'm not too good at keeping resolutions. But I still got to do some winding down.
With Tron: Legacy coming out soon, I got the urge to see the original again, so we rented it last night and worked on finishing off the last of the Jameson's Whiskey I had left over from St Patrick's. It's probably been at least a decade since I saw it, so I didn't hold out much hope of it being as good as I remembered. And yeah, it was all kinds of campy, even through the whiskey haze.
Still though, for something that was made back when most computers weren't much more than blocky green letters on black background, it was a crazy visualization of what computers might look like "from the other side of the screen."
